We see plenty of new patients each week, and the first chiropractic visit with us is about understanding you before any adjustment. At your initial consultation we take a thorough history of your health, talk through your symptoms and your health goals, and carry out a full musculoskeletal assessment. A careful health history and physical tests before any adjustment are what good practitioners do, and it is how we make sure care is right for you. Where it is clinically needed, we can take an X-ray here on the day using our on-site digital X-ray, so there is no external referral or second trip. 

From there we explain what we have found in plain language and set out a clear care plan, so you know what to expect and why. Initial consultations generally run for about an hour, so there is time to do this properly. If we think you would be better helped elsewhere, we will tell you and point you in the right direction.
